Bulletproof Entertainment IVS, complementary name for Mathias Bott Holding IVS (collectively, “Bulletproof Entertainment” or “we”) respect the privacy rights of our consumers and we are committed to protecting the personal information collected about you. To further this commitment, we have adopted this Mobile Application Privacy Policy (“Mobile Privacy Policy” or “MPP”) to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using 21 Trainer mobile application (Hereafter "21 Trainer" or "App"). This Mobile Privacy Policy will inform you about Bulletproof Entertainment's policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your user information.
This MPP may be revised periodically and this will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. If we make material changes to this MPP, we will provide you with additional notice of such changes by updating the description of the App in the applicable App store or by providing in-App alerts. Your continued use of the App shall constitute your agreement to this MPP and any future revisions.
This MPP applies only to information submitted and collected by Bulletproof Entertainment via 21 Trainer. The third party online/mobile store from which you install the App may also collect and use personal and non-personal information about you. This MPP does not apply to information that may be collected by such third party application store, and Bulletproof Entertainment is therefore not responsible for the information collected by such third party.
Although you may provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your phone number, e-mail address, credit card or other payment information, etc.) when installing an App, this information is provided to the online/mobile application store in connection with your registration of the App. The online/mobile application store providers do not share your information with Bulletproof Entertainment. Bulletproof Entertainment will not receive or retain any of the personally identifiable information you share with such store providers in connection with your use of the App. The information that we collect through your download and use of the App is limited to the public profile information within your social media profile on Facebook, if you choose to register your App account via Facebook. This information may include your first and/or last name, profile picture, and e-mail address.
For the support of internal operations, Bulletproof Entertainment collects your device identifier (“device ID”) and IP address. We do not access or store information that you have saved on your mobile device such as contacts and appointments.
When submitting your high score to the global leader board, we collect that high score in order for it to be published on the global leader board. An auto-generated alias will be provided to you when submitting your first high score.
If you choose to type in your own name and not use the auto-generated alias, this name will be published on the global leader board and is then visible for other users of 21 Trainer. Only information visible in the global leader board are the name of the player (either the auto-generated alias or the selfmade name made by you) and the high score. Other information you may have provided us, will not appear in the global leader board.

We may use certain information (such as user usage data, IP addresses, device ID, browser type, clickstream data, cookies, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the Apps and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing user preferences and trends.
We may share non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, mobile device type, etc.) with interested third parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, advertisements, promotions and/or functionality on Bulletproof Entertainment Apps.
We may release personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information (1) to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries; and (2) to third parties (i) in the event that Bulletproof Entertainment sells or buys any business or assets, in which case, Bulletproof Entertainment may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; or (ii) if Bulletproof Entertainment or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets. Additionally, Bulletproof Entertainment may receive and release personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information if required to do so by any legal or regulatory obligation or request, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with any applicable laws.
In instances when Bulletproof Entertainment is provided with personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information, we reserve the right to disclose such information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms of Service (if applicable), take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of our App, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Bulletproof Entertainment, our users or others.
The Bulletproof Entertainment App 21 Trainer is free-to-play might be supported by advertisements in the future. In these instances, you may not opt out of receiving such advertisements. If you do not wish to be served advertisements, please do not use our App.
